In July, most things were closed on Monday and Tuesday except for a few family style restaurants in or around town. Interesting shops, some good restaurants in the area.

Far from most things so I don't anticipate coming back but a cute stay
"We really enjoyed our stay here. Very quiet and clean with sweet & helpful staff members. Only complaint is that the bedrooms get a little warm as the AC is just in the living room and not in the bedrooms. Overall great stay! "
"Dealing with Jeff was a breeze and the property is awesome! We had a couple of questions that popped up after check in and Jeff was responding to my text message within minutes! The cabin is neat, cozy, and romantic set on a long private driveway with a great deck and hot tub! We found lots of close by hiking trails and great spots to run our dogs! The kitchen has a cool copper countertop and sink although we did cook our dinner most nights on the Weber grill right off the deck which works flawlessly and is quite clean, but we do recommend a trip down the road to the restaurant Maple Soul in Rochester! We never rent the same place twice but if we did this would be at the top of our list! Thanks Jeff!"
"Recently renovated cabins with all brand new modern amenities. Infrared Saunas, Outdoor Hot Tubs, Firepits, and a separate house with gym... Alot of new things being built (inground pool, bar area, restaurant) I will definitely be back up in the future to see the growth. The new ownership is truly capitalizing on this gorgeous property."
"This is a great place to stay overnight or for several days! The rooms are nicely designed, and the fireplace in the lobby is a nice touch when thinking ahead to fall/winter. The highlight of the property is the multiple fire pits and seating areas down along the river. It was beautiful down there, and spending the evening along the river was exactly what I had hoped for. I will be staying again! "
"Fantastic little inn set in the scenic Green Mountains. Check in and out was super easy with text/digital communication. The common areas of the in are beautiful and accommodating with plenty of seating areas inside an out to enjoy the seasonal setting. I will absolutely be staying again! "

"We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful waterfront retreat. The place was spotless, modern, and well-stocked with everything we needed - it exceeded our expectations. The view from the private deck was absolutely stunning, overlooking the lake - perfect for morning coffee or evening sunsets. The staff onsite was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome and taken care of (especially Stephanie). The location was peaceful yet super convenient for when we wanted to kayak - we could be on the water within minutes. The one bedroom had bunk beds in it, which my 9 yr old daughter was ecstatic about. We truly enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Lake George. "
