「Pls don’t make a reservation this hotel. Wi-fi isn’t working on 2⚪︎⚪︎ floors. I checked in at 15:00-Checked out 10:00. It never worked,It was very disappointed. 予約はしないことをおすすめします。 2⚪︎⚪︎階に泊まりましたが、Wi-Fiはいっさい使えませんでした。15時にチェックイン、10時にチェックアウトしましたがいっさい使えませんでした。レセプションに4回問い合わせしましたが、みんなが使っているから使えないと言ってましたが、1階のフロアに行くと普通に使えました。特にWi-Fiが使えなかったことによるディスカウントやレイトチェックアウトなどのサービスはありませんでした。ただただホテルで時間の無駄を過ごしただけです。2泊予約してましたが減泊して他のホテルに移動しました。」

「Travelled to attend a gig at the Veltins Arena and on arrival we were greeted by wonderful staff with great conversation and hospitality. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming and also a perfect location for attending the arena. 100% recommend! 」

「I was so satisfied with the stay in Gastehaus Grupello, especially the very kind and helpful staff, that I would have stay longer with changing the schedule!」

「The room was clean and pretty. The hosts were friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to help us with our journey. Getting there from the airport is very convenient by local bus. 」

Vieles was repariert gehört und vor allem in den Gemeinschaftsküchen gehört mehr Ordnung und Sauberkeit rein. Man kann den Gästen nicht alles überlassen. Ein WLan gibt es, aber nicht auf dem Zimmer (2) und der dazugehörigen Küche. Nicht einmal Internet mit dem eigenen Telefon.
