「I enjoyed the stay in the condo. The condo was clean when I arrived and was equipped with plenty of dishes, glasses and cooking utensils. The location is within an easy walk of both the Mega grocery store and the town of Bucerias where there is a nice market and a lot of fabulous restaurants. There were a few minor concerns during my stay (hot water tank pilot went out and dryer belt needed to be changed) and the owner was very prompt to have them addressed.」

「This place was absolutely amazing due to the location. The fun architecture of the complex really added personality. The pool was terrific. You do need a car to get around or pay the taxi prices, some were ridiculous. The unit itself is quite beat up, there are a lot of broken items, like mirrors, drawers and cabinets. 「A binder with property information would have been welcome. It would have been nice to have a few English TV channels. Also a few more hand towels would have been appreciated plus a functional toaster would have been nice. Only 2 bathrooms. The location was OK and the beach was wonderful. So was the pool although a few umbrellas would have been great.」
