「I was very glad the front desk person located us on the first floor. I did let them know the refrig. door did not close properly and the frost in the freezer had built-up.」

「ホテルは綺麗だし、設備も良いが、シャワーの勢いがとても弱い。そこだけが残念。 また到着すると満室だからといって近くの系列へ行くように言われ一泊だけはそちらで。 そこはまだ許せるが、チェックアウトの際にhotelsで予約した時と全然違う高い料金で精算されそうになった。 気づいたからよかったものの、こういったところは残念だった。」

「To be honest when we first checked in. The Woman was unfriendly, nose was turned up. Which cause me to try to check out. However as we continued our staff all the other Mangers and Staff were extremely professional, friendly, helpful, cheerful with my children. Because of that I extended my stay. Overall our visit was amazing 」

「2度目だが寒い季節は初。 前はそれほど気にならなかったが、とにかくシャワーのお湯の出が悪い。 湯温も低く、水量が少なすぎて、寒くて耐えられない。 自分が滞在した部屋だけかもしれないが、そこしか印象に残らなかった。 あとは普通の部屋の広いホテル」

「Booked for the free breakfast, they had no breakfast. Got put in the wrong room and had to wait to be put in the right room. 」

「Had a mini vacation / get-together with friends and family to relax and play games. The property was great, with beautiful open spaces and big tables. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The owners were helpful, welcoming, and accommodating. And you can’t beat that stunning view of the lake. Our group is already planning for next year!」

「I enjoyed my stay. The lockbox was hard to open, but it did open. The bed is comfortable, the ac and heat were easy to regulate, the icemaker worked great (many rentals have broken ice dispensers), the TV, fridge, stove and dishwasher are all new. But the best part is the screen porch with views of the lake, a fox family, deer, turtles and swallows. I would have liked some outside chairs and a grill, but you can't have everything. 」
