"For early check out they have only 4 rooms per day they can allocate. Talk to AM staff at desk sooner. They didn’t provide this information to us at check in. "
"Lovely condo with fully equipped kitchen. Clean and quiet. Main area with restaurants and live entertainment. Only drawback , be prepared to hike up and down three flights of stairs."

"Fantastic place; virtually brand new. Back deck with grill is nice to chill on after a long day of swimming/hiking/etc., and a good number of bedrooms to split up kids if need be. Two-car garage is a plus so you can store bikes, floaties, etc. rather than leave in car or drag inside. Good kitchen with pretty much everything you'd need from plates to spices and stuff. We did take advantage of the local "HOA" pool, and my wife used the gym there. So setting up a "base camp" of sorts worked well to stay for several hours if you don't want to hit the lake that day.Local prop management is great as they fixed two minor issues day of, which was a big convenience.One note - house does have AC but there aren't vents in the bedrooms on the top floor, so it can get a little toasty there. They do provide fans which was a big help."

"Before I arrived i believe there were 5 separate reminders to be quiet. It felt like i was being micromanaged and nearly cancelled the rental. I would not say that was the most welcoming customer service I've received.No AC. Take this under consideration if visiting during the summer. Guests weren’t thrilled. The bbq was not cleaned prior to our arrival. In fact when we turned it on it started a pretty severe grease fire we needed to contain. I'd suggest having the bbq cleaned regularly. At 7:20pm the neighbor yelled at us aggressively to be quiet when we were on the deck. We were respectful and not overly loud. In fact, i walked around the house multiple times to ensure there wasn't excessive noise coming from the house. After he yelled, it really ruined the mood.The house was clean and well kept. I would consider staying here again if the property manager improved relations with the neighbor. "
