「Mine was an unexpected stay in Rock Falls for one night, and it couldn't have been any nicer. From my first call to the hotel to check availability, to my departing cab ride arranged by the front desk, everything about my stay was great. The hotel is new, clean, with great amenities (pool and gym, which I didn't have time to use), and the lobby, where the free breakfast is served, has a great view of the river, whether you're inside our out on the patio. And the manager on duty, Mike, went out...
