「We really enjoyed staying here, the facility was great, the location is great, and the staff were great」

「Room was not clean. Molding on floor was filthy. Large beautiful balcony view was ruin by very filthy windows. Asked for them to be cleaned, they said they would send someone right away, never happened. Even though we had a suite I believe it was possibly a handicap accessible and honestly had the smallest most inconvenient shower I’ve ever been in. 「Clean, spacious room with beautiful view of the river. We did not breakfast here although there was dining available for purchase. Convenient walkable location to downtown riverwalk, art museum and dining. Elevator was slow and parking available across the street, would stay here again, felt safe and welcomed by staff.」
