"The staff was so nice and helpful. The breakfast was amazing and worth every penny. There was a false alarm and the fire alarm went off and I had to go down 4 flights of steps with 3 year old who were terrified. I’m not sure if that’s a recurring issue but one of the employees said it happened all the time. That should be fixed immediately. My kids were sleeping and that startled all of us "

"Great new hotel for walking into old Jacksonville. Right next to cool historical sites. The staff were sweet and everything was great. The restaurant attached is great for anyone needing to catch a game on a giant TV. Will book again if we need to go back in town. "
