Would probably stay at this hotel again next time I visit Jacksonville. Every one of the staff was really nice and helpful and the hotel was convenient distance wise. I do agree that the rooms could use a bit of an upgrade and my only complaint is the bathrooms not having enough complementary cleansing amenities

Parking is very expensive. My 1st room had no refrigerator or microwave, but they made it up with my 2nd beautiful room. There were stains in the carpet and a mess in the elevator but the views and space is amazing depending on the room you get.
