Our newly built 3-bedroom home (2022) offers a blend of modern comfort and luxury. Located in the heart of Jacksonville, it sleeps up to 6 guests and features upscale touches like 400-thread-count bed linens and plush cotton towels. The open-concept living area on the first floor flows into a fully stocked gourmet kitchen (with air fryer, blender, and drip coffee maker) and a cozy dining space. Three private bedrooms upstairs provide quiet separation between living and sleeping areas. High-speed internet and a dedicated workspace with an Apple iMac Mini and printer make this an ideal home for remote work or streaming entertainment. We pride ourselves on delivering a premium guest experience: no cleaning fee is charged and free early check-in is available whenever possible (subject to scheduling).

Master Bedroom (upstairs): King-sized bed dressed in 400-thread-count sheets, with ample closet space and en-suite bathroom featuring a modern shower.
Second Bedroom (upstairs): Queen-sized bed with premium linens and a spacious closet.
Third Bedroom (upstairs): Queen-sized bed, also with luxury linens and closet.
Bathrooms: Two full bathrooms (one in the master suite, one shared) plus a convenient half-bath on the main level. All bathrooms are stocked with fluffy cotton towels, toiletries, and hair dryers for guest use.

High-Speed Wi-Fi & Office Setup: Ultra-fast wireless internet (100+ Mbps) with an Apple iMac Mini workstation and wireless printer – perfect for business travelers or families staying connected.
Entertainment: 70″ LG 4K Smart TV in the living room and a 65″ LG HDTV in the den (both with streaming capability via Amazon Firestick), plus a Sony PlayStation 4 with games for family fun.
Gourmet Kitchen: Fully equipped with stainless appliances (refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher) and modern small appliances (air fryer, blender, drip coffee maker, toaster). All cookware, dinnerware and utensils are provided so you can enjoy home cooking.
Outdoor Space: Private patio with a gas BBQ grill, outdoor table, and seating for al fresco dining or morning coffee in the sunshine.
Parking & Comfort: Driveway parking for 2–3 cars, central air conditioning and heating, smart thermostat, and washer/dryer .
Pet-Friendly: Friendly to furry family members (small fee applies – please inquire).
Extra Perks: Beach towels, folding luggage racks, iron/ironing board, and basic supplies (shampoo, soap, paper goods) are all included for your convenience.
Location
Situated just outside downtown Jacksonville, this home is convenient to the city’s top destinations. The renowned Mayo Clinic is only about 16 miles away (roughly a 15-20-minute drive depending upon traffic), making it easy for medical visits. Jacksonville International Airport is a short 15-mile drive (around 19 minutes), so flying in or out is a breeze. Beach lovers will appreciate that popular Atlantic beaches are within easy reach – Jacksonville Beach is about 17 miles (≈26 minutes) from the city center, where you can surf, sunbathe, or stroll the boardwalk. Sports and entertainment are also nearby: TIAA Bank Field (home of the NFL’s Jaguars) and the surrounding sports complex are a short drive away, as are major shopping districts like St. Johns Town Center and a wide variety of restaurants, cafes, and bars in vibrant Riverside and Downtown. Everything you need – from groceries to nightlife – is just minutes from your doorstep.

Pets: Well-behaved pets are welcome (maximum 2 dogs or cats) for an extra cleaning fee. Please let us know ahead of time if you’re bringing a pet.
Other: No unregistered guests overnight. Please treat the home and neighbors with respect. There is no cleaning fee – we take care of professional cleaning after your stay so you can simply relax and enjoy your visit.
