Location is decent with close proximity to Universal, however, cleanliness was lacking. Several of the towels had long hairs on them and the shower curtains were moldy and mildewed. Room sleeps six however, barely had enough seating for eating—3 bar stools and a couch were the only options.

Great place to stay witj family, close to universal studios. Easy parking, convenient, full kitchen. Very clean. Comfortable beds. To get to universal atudio need to drive. Great communication. Highly recommend!

We came after touring UF in Gainesville. Planned to spend a few days at the Universal parks but was rainy due to Hurricane Deb. My Dau enjoyed all the rides anyways, but we opted out of going to Volcano Bay due to the weather! The resort was close to everyothing we needed and the owners didn’t kick us out in the middle of the storm,

The unit was ok. Check in process was great. Price was great. Only issues was that remotes in both rooms didn’t work properly( master bedroom remote didn’t change channels from menu screen and remote in 2nd bedroom wouldn’t turn TV off. No soap in master bathroom and patio door doesn’t lock ( unsafe if kids are present. Would stay there again.

Location ideal for going to many parks in the area. Many restaurants nearby. Used the indoor pool and hot tub. Place was nice smaller than expected but all we really needed. Porch was a nice bonus to have coffee outside. Property manager efficient no issues with our stay.

The property needs some updating but the condo was cute for what we needed. You can not walk to Universal. So, that was misleading. We had to Uber or park. Over all it was fine.

Expwdia states irs a 13 minute wqlk to universal studios but it is reqlly a 40 minute walk. Please fix this I picked this because of the walking distance. When you look at the location, it appears to be a different hotel.

Great location literally minutes away from all the great attractions. Our only concern is the cleanliness of the actual building. It would really benefit from some upgrades. Also, we tried getting in a quick workout but the fitness center is super outdated and small.

The location for the Theam parks is great. the hallways could use some updating. Had some delays trying to do laundry with people leaving their clothes in overnight and half the day. Had some trouble with the lock but that was my own inexperince with the app and phone issues.

The unit was pretty good in a nice area close to Universal Studios. Our issues were with the management of the property itself. We needed to wash and dry some clothes. The washing machine worked fine, but the dryer didn’t dry the clothes at all. We had to go to a laundromat to get our clothes dried. Other than that, the property was awesome.

It is close to an event we were attending so that was good. The pictures give the impression that it is larger than it actually is, but for 1 night it worked for us. TV didn't get a signal. Bedroom tv's did but limited (like 6) channels. Didn't bother us, but kids might want more.

While I was relatively happy with the location, the cleanliness of the unit was terrible. The bathrooms were dirty. The lock on the balcony door was broken. The deadbolt on the front door didn’t work. The television in the kids bedroom also did not work. The furniture in the living room was stained as were the walls in the bathrooms. As we were getting ready to leave, we were looking for items. The kids dropped and found a pool of dried blood underneath the master bed

I had a wonderful stay at this VRBO rental! The property was in excellent condition, and I couldn't have asked for a more comfortable and inviting space. My daughter woke up at 3:00am in the morning. She had been bit by bed bugs, they were in the bunk beds. They are giving me a refund, but it ruined our family trip. I thought they should have refunded the money that we had to use to get another hotel for the next few nights. It was a very bad experience.
