「Amenities were great!」

「The host was responsive and helpful. The property was as advertised. Very comfortable, well equipped, but the best part was the location overlooking the ocean.」

「Ryan and Brooke were wonderful hosts. The condo has an amazing location, it is clean and there’s everything you need in the kitchen and bathroom. There’s a hot plate microwave crockpot, and toaster oven and plenty of dishes and silverware. The fridge and freezer are big. There is a great washing machine and dryer in the unit. Plenty of towels on the beautiful lanai. There’s a band with boogie boards, beach, chairs, beach toys, and an umbrella we can’t wait to come back again.」

「The pictures do not reflect how much space there is...we were pleasantly surprised. Parking was right outside the building. Parking spaces in Hawaii are narrow. Wifi was good. Hosts were very responsive. 」

「Țhe description of this rental is inaccurate. The lanai (porch) does not overlook the nature trail and the golf course. The Lanai is about 30 feet from the main road for the Princeville condo/resort area. The traffic noise from 4pm to about 8:30pm was very noticeable in the condo. But, there was also significant traffic noise throughout the rest of the day. The bed/living/dining combined area is carpeted with a shag carpet rug under the couch and small table. (Not the rug in the picture). ...

「Location was really good, we had to contact the owner for key pad code the day before we arrived, we had paid the full amount when we booked which is unusual as we use VRBO on a regular basis. The key for the pool arrived 2 days before we left. We will continue to use VRBO to come to Princeville, but not this property 」

「The room overlooks the ocean just as shown in the picture and you can hear the pounding surf. The location is ideal, with several restaurants and a market just a few steps away. Nice walking path along the beach. Our host, Kathy, was very responsive and helpful. My husband and I enjoyed 9 lovely nights. 」
