REGISTRATION/RESORT/PARKING FEES DUE TO THE RESORT AT THE ARRIVAL.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Just remodeled studio unit located in very private and quiet part of the community with great views of lush foliage and mountains yet just steps away from spectacular pool/spa, restaurants and just stroll down the path to beautiful beach!

You can stay as relaxed or as busy as you like with community activities, access to workout room, tennis or pickleball courts, etc.

To get to the unit you will need to walk 2 levels down the stairs.

It is just remodeled studio size unit with kitchen, washer/dryer, king size bed & pull out sofa in the room and a spacious balcony to enjoy the scenery.

It’s located in a very private and quiet part of the community, chickens/roosters and nenes are frequent visitors. The roosters are pretty but run on their own schedule, if you are a light sleeper please bring earplugs ;-)

Gym, hospitality room with business center (computer and printer available), three different ice machine/coin operated laundry locations and community BBQs just steps away from the unit.

For complementary use of tennis and pickleball courts just call the Pro Shop and make a reservation.

Front Desk will assist with complementary golf cart rides if you need help getting to your unit or need a ride down to the beach, please just give them a call.

For anything related to the unit/reservation please message me via VRBO or call/text me directly at 760.799.2402.

There are dining options available on site and few more nearby. Coffee shop open at the morning and two restaurants, Happy Talk Lounge and Wiki Pizza open for dinner. Spectacular sunset views from both restaurants!!! Beach bar and additional dining options at Hotel 1 next door.

Unit is located in beautiful Hanalei Bay Resort with spectacular grounds and tons of amenities.
The Resort charges registration, resort and parking fees at arrival.
FEES ARE PER RESERVATION NOT PER PERSON!

All Reservations are subject to a one-time $50.00 check-in fee (plus taxes) per reservation.

All Reservations are subject to the daily Resort Service Fee of $25.00 (plus taxes) and the daily Parking Fee of $20.00 (plus taxes) if applicable.

What a fantastic place to stay! Our host Alijca was amazing! She communicated very well before, and during our stay! She’s a super host in my book! Our unit had everything you could need for cooking, which is quite necessary due to limited dining options in Princeville. The grounds of the property are stunning. Amazing pool & hot tub in natural setting, 6 BBQ grills that I could count. 10 min walk to what appears to be a private beach only for guests of HBR and Hotel 1. The condo is set at the end of the road which winds through a quiet residential neighborhood. Would absolutely stay here again!

Alija was very attentive. Kitchen was very well stocked with paper products, trash bags and even coffee, tea, sweetners etc.Hanalei Bay is a beautiful property. There were beach chairs and an ice chest on the lanai and they were great for the resort beach at the bottom of the hill that resort provides golf cart service to.The unit was nice and roomy with comfy bed and nice towels.

We had the best time at this stunning resort! Our unti was clean and nicely set up. Washer/dryer was a huge plus. Fantastic communication with owner. Close location to pool and restaurants. You get a little bit of the mountain view from the balcony which was a nice surprise!

Great stay!

The owner of this property was very welcoming, hospitable, & responsive. The unit itself was clean and had everything we needed for our 3-day stay. The resort was also amazing in an absolutely gorgeous setting. We would love to make our way back here again again in the future!

Very nice stay

We frequently visit Princeville, but this was our first time staying at Hanalei Bay resort. The unit was nice, as described, with the added bonus of new kitchen appliances. The view from the lanai is really pretty with just jungle views, but don’t expect to see anything further than that. Alicia was extremely responsive. We loved how peaceful everything was and will definitely consider staying again.

Resort Stay

It was great! The resort is really awesome with great views of the bay. The happy talk restaurant on the resort is a must, really fun environment. The host was very friendly and communicative!
