「Great experience for our 21st annual girls trip! Clean rooms, attentive staff, beautiful views, wonderful pool and beach experiences, great air conditioning. Only complaint is a small one, the mattresses were VERY firm, too firm. 」

「We had a great stay at the W. It was a beautiful resort with helpful staff. There was some wear and tear on furniture in the room but didn’t impact the stay. It was definitely pricey but paying for the brand. Only thing I wish was that for families traveling the adult only pool is beautiful and we will there were some hours that kids could enjoy the space as well.」

「The resort was over all nice only issue we had was the day we needed to leave to the airport to depart the transportation to bring us down took an hour to come get us and almost made us late for our flight. The resort is up a hill and no walking is permitted for safety. So you are forced to wait. We called the office several times to get picked up and the phone would just ring and then they would answer and tell us to wait outside so we waited outside of our room for one hour before being picked...

「We had a great stay here! Beautiful property. We had the Mountain Bungalow and it was really nice. The food was delicious and decently priced. We bought into a ziplining tour, the canopy/hanging bridges tour and 3 hr/3 waterfall hike - all great! Saw lots of monkeys and a toucan. Guides were great. Would stay here again!」

「The Andaz Costa Rica Resort at Peninsula Papagayo was incredible and truly exceeded our expectations. The resort was beautifully maintained, with breathtaking scenery at every turn. We especially loved the pools, the seamless boat rides to the beach club, and the consistently friendly and attentive staff. One of the highlights was enjoying our morning coffee at sunrise while listening to the howler monkeys—an unforgettable and uniquely Costa Rican experience.」
