オーシャン ドライブ ビーチ ホテル

「夜中に水が欲しい時にロビーの方が水を分けて頂いたことが嬉しかったです．」

「Absolutely loved our stay here! The staff was friendly and very helpful. We will definitely be staying here again. Only issue was my husband needs a room a little closer to the ground 😂.」

「Ocean front」

「Spacious room, clean room, parking not great for check-in. Parking garage/ supposed to back in to the spots - more challenging with large SUVs. Overall, well-maintained place.」

「Clean room. Good location.」

「Had to ask them to clean room and change lines after 4 days. We were on an extended stay and house keeping at your door at 8:30am was a little offputting. Pool and tiki bar and staff were great. Had a great view from our room on the 9th floor. Still have not gotten the email of our receipt but will call If I have not gotten it in 3 days. The beds were not made to be on the platforms they obviously were originally on boxsprings, they weren't the most comfortable, the murphy bed was better....

「The place was very nice and clean close to the beach I recommend it」

「Great staff a great place to have fun」

「Cleanliness was not a housekeeping issue, it was a deeper level than what just basic housekeeping is about. That was fine. But things maintenance would do like moldy / moldy looking bathtub caulking, toilet paper roll holder almost falling off, dirty looking walls and baseboards. Again, if this was a Super 8 or that level hotel it would be fine. But the standard of a Hampton I was surprised. BUT, the morning staff- especially the breakfast staff were extremely wonderful and helpful and friendly....

「Scott at the receptionist desk was phenomenal! Our room was magnificent!」

「I loved the location, my only complaint is that there were many things in the room itself that needed work or attention. They were broken or not working. However beds were nice. If you want a list I have one. Other than that I loved my view I love that they accommodated my request for a lower floor. And when I locked my phone in the condo after checkout they were wonderful helping me! I would definitely stay again. In a different unit.」

「The most unique thing I liked about the hotel is Always, their courteousness, friendliness and professionalism. It’s Always A1 service with Sheraton/ Marriott Bon Voy👍👍」

「Nothing special. Older but well maintained」
