「Host was very responsive and polite. Place was very clean and cozy for 9 people. Had a wonderful stay. 」

「We stayed at this apartment for three nights. The apartment itself was nice. There were a couple of snafus like half the closet doors fell off when we used them, but not a huge deal. The owner offered to fix them during our stay and did not fix them, but it did not matter to us. There was a very dirty duvet in the closet, but also there was other bedding to use. The problem with this apartment currently is the surrounding area. The building is across the road from a major construction site....

「The property is in a quiet neighborhood. I felt safe in the neighborhood. It’s a very small basement apartment. It is also very new and very clean. We enjoyed our visit. Access to public transportation into the city is a little bit difficult. In the end, we used Lyft to and from the city every day. I would recommend this property to my friends.」

「Clean, well equipped, superior accommodations. Nice neighborhood. Inexpensive and quick access to Times Square from the bus stop a block down. The host was extremely helpful. 」
