"My room has not ready because Expidia didn’t send the information to the hotel The hotel was not able to register me after an hour and a half So bad"

"First the tub was draining super slow when taking a shower, called maintenance and they said everything was fine, he put some solution but it didn’t do anything, back to standing slow water. Then there was a leak in the ac unit so we had to move rooms because the carpet was wet and I almost slipped a few times going in the bathroom. Then we get to the new room and the water was splashing everywhere from the faucet in the bathroom. Then at night time there was a party next door and I had to call 4 times to get someone to come in my room and listen to the noise next door at 1:30 in the morning because maintenance guy said there was no noise when he listened outside the room. Had to get up and get dressed so he can come in our suite and listen to the noise. Few minutes after 3 guys were escorted out. It ruined my sleep, only slept 3 hours. We checked out and the front lady said she will let the manager know of my complaints but I still haven’t received a call back."

"The check in staff need to be educated on how to greet people and guide them and show them how to use the key card on the elevator. Me and 3 other guest at different times were stalled in the elevator because we were never told that you had to scan the key card in order to get to your floor. I was shown by a maintenance staff and I showed the two other guest. And they commented the same issues about the front desk staff. So be prepared to ask them which direction the elevator’s are and how to use the key card on the elevator. The security guard was awesome he helped us with our luggage to store for us since we arrived super early. The shuttle drivers were absolutely amazing gave us information on how to use the Penn Station and the early morning shuttle driver was great as well. Hotel beautiful, clean and nice historic area."
