Never stayed here before but what a gem! The room was very clean and very comfortable. Sat at the bar/restaurant and the atmosphere was nice. Everyone there was very friendly. Will definitely stay there again!

This hotel was beautiful. The staff was very friendly and helpful. This was our first time in the area but we will definitely return. There were weddings going on but it still didnt feel croweded. The outdoor pool was a huge bonus for me. We stayed on the 3rd floor and this is where the pool was so it was so convenient. Cant wait for our next stay.

The Westin is a nice property for events, the rooms are just a bit outdated, and I found my room wasn't prepared or cleaned very well. There were long hairs left on the bathroom floor, and I'm pretty sure toe-nail clippings on the rug. My room wasn't turned down between days. May have been a language barrier with the cleaning staff and some misunderstanding. The staff was nice, and the overall property was very nice. It just needs some upkeep.

Disappointed

The bed was not comfortable. It sagged in the middle. And the rooms were very dark. The view was of the roof. And the hotel staff was not very helpful. Also the hotel is not at all close to downtown Morristown. I definitely would not stay here again and would not recommend it to anyone.

Great service from the front door to the front desk and room attendants. Our room was a bit beat up, wallpaper peeling of bathroom walls, paint chipped. Otherwise, room was clean and roomy.

This is a nice hotel. Our room was clean and comfortable. I wish it had another light though, it could get a little dim. Took off a star because the free wifi was a pain to use. It would disconnect after a period of no activity, but then make you go through the sign-in page again. It also isn't free unless you are a Bonvoy member, which is kind of ridiculous as that is an expected amenity these days, but overall, this is a solid lodging option in Morristown.
