"There was an initial smell when we entered the room but it subsided. The bed wasn’t too comfortable for my taste. Didn’t like how long it took for the elevators. Parking was good and appreciated the shuttle. Overall it wasn’t bad."

"We were a little disappointed with the noise at the pool. We understand you are remodeling but we were never told that. Not at check in or when we went to the actual pool. We wanted to go into the hot tub and realized you only had one available it was a little weird. Rooms were clean, food was good, staff was nice I just wish someone told us about the pool under construction"

"I come to the Claridge hotel every year for the last 15 years and this is the last time I’ll stay there. Upon check in, the employee was unfriendly and when asked about an extra charge said we should learn to read the information before bothering. The room was never cleaned the next day and I went downstairs and asked 2 times for towels, and housekeeping never came. The pool windows were filthy and no clean towels so I had to use my humid room towels. The window in the room had a gap (room 1830) so all the cold air goes right thru so you have to out the heat high which made sleeping unpleasant. For the same price, I got a deal at the Tropicana and our 2 rooms stayed there with more plush and larger beds, clean rooms and full amenities. "

"They had decent activities. The condition of the hotel is poor. Staff is not helpful. There was one very rude front desk person very short and responded with an attitude she seemed to be very young and has no customer service skills. I will say the front desk person, Diamond, excellent customer service skills. She was very helpful and explained a lot without having to ask. Room was given away and rooms were dirty and poor condition. We had to be moved the second night due to having no more doubles which was already paid for prior to trip. The king was very outdated dirty couch. They had no extra blankets to provide and you are only provided two towels to a room and even at the waterpark... bring your own towels. Breakfast was good. The restaurant wasnt the best esthetically. Overall. I would only go for the entertainment if I was to visit with family, but would not stay there again. It looked better online."
