「It was a nice quiet little cottage, away from the busy uptown area, but yet very convenient for me traveling by myself for an event on campus and close enough to go back and forth quickly with no problem. 」

「Noticed the basement light on went down stairs and found sheets/towels in the washer and dryer. I put the towels in the dryer and placed the dried sheets in a basket. The carpet very dirty. Kitchen floor dirty, knobs and stove dirty. Because of the uncleanness I did not use the kitchen other than a few glasses.
