この施設について

Quaint Stream Side Garden Flat

  • This "garden flat" is a newly renovated basement of our cottage. It can be rented with cottage or separately. It has a separate entry way then our main cottage rental. Its complete with a lovely bedroom (Queen bed), bathroom, coffee nook (mini fridge and microwave too), comfy couch and HUGE TV. Its on the edge of a valley next to a quaint stream and a small herd of adorable goats. The valley is stunning in almost all weather but especially on foggy mornings. Note Quiet hours 10pm-8am

Property was very quaint and cozy. Was clean and provided us with everything we needed to do a quick overnight as we dropped our son off at Miami. It would have been nice to sit outside with the fire pit but we were too exhausted. The mooing cows were a neat treat when we got there!

This is a reasonable and cute place to stay (while visiting our son at Miami Ohio)- quaint and clean, not fancy. FYI there is a $1500 deposit that is charged in case of damages- it posted on my credit card and I had to wait for a refund so I was not happy about that.

Very clean and quiet. A little small. Very small fridge. Good for a getaway but can’t prep your own food here other than with a microwave. Probably evident in the pictures if you look.

Nice little getaway on a beautiful property. We only booked the lower level. While there was some noise from upstairs, it wasn’t obtrusive and we were very pleased with our stay

Immaculate, adorable, 1-room basement walkout apartment. Loved the location. On a quaint farm with a herd of goats right outside. Fall asleep to the sounds of the babbling brook. Loved it!

This cottage is simply wonderful. I've stayed at the lower level garden flat as well as the larger second floor suite multiple times visiting my daughter at Miami over the past four years. Both units are extremely clean and very comfortable. The beds, sheets, towels furniture, kitchen stock: all thoughtful. Recommend this beautiful place 100%.
