Very new hotel with great modern design, unfortunately, for such prize category room cleaning, waste removal, fresh towels only every three days. Also quite some hazzle with final payment, they were not aware that both rooms had already been paid in advance via internet platform. Great location, if you want to stay in the Mason area, including Paramount Kings Island, Tennis or working at the P&G business center.

Comfortable stay

The front desk personnel was helpful, accurate, and quick. We got no housekeeping service in our room, which was fine, but there was no signage to indicate that. It would have been nice to know so that we could have gotten towels, makeup remover towelettes, cups, coffee, etc. before coming back late at night and not realizing something was needed until ready for bed and unable to go back to the desk. On the morning of checkout, I received an email with my bill which included charges from the market and restaurant that were not charged by us. A trip to the front desk soon solved the issue. I did not get the lady’s name who helped me, but I wish I had. She was friendly and solve the issue to my satisfaction. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, quiet, convenient, and comfortable.

Stayed here for the Cincinnati Open 2025 - excellent choice for location for getting to the Linder Tennis facility (or Kings Island) and easy enough to get downtown. This Courtyard was very clean throughout! Our room was very spacious and had the amenities we like. While we did not eat or have drinks at the bar, they were well staffed and graciously provided plates, cutlery and glassware for us to take to the room (meats, cheeses and a baguette from Findlay Market was dinner in the room). Plenty of food / drink options and other store options nearby. Our only less than perfect stars was that our room did need to have some doors leveled and tightened. Yes, we would stay here again.
