「The air conditioner and the room were extremely humid and had a strong musty, moldy smell. That night, I couldn't stop coughing and was unable to sleep properly. Because of this experience, I would never stay at this hotel again. The following morning, I went to have breakfast at 8:30 a.m., but they had already finished clearing everything away and had even turned off the lights. As a result, I was unable to have breakfast at all.」

「No cash to use」

「We stayed for a 3 day weekend stay. The hotel was clean and the staff was polite and helpful. They were having an issue with their elevator so we stayed on the 1st floor. Our room was down at the end of the hall near an exit door that other guests used at all hours of the night, which was not great. We would stay here again but want to be not on the first floor and in the middle of the hallway.」

「Enjoyed our stay! Will be back when staying in Houston」
