"We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. Our room was cleaned every night even on days when we were running late to leave the room. We came before our check in time and were worried we would have to wait until 4 pm to check in. The wonderful lady that helped us at the front desk got us a room and it was a blessing as we did not plan accordingly after a red eye flight. We will continue to use Marriott when booking a hotel. "

"Our room was on the 32nd floor with a great view of Times Square. The bed was very comfortable, the room had all the amenities we desired and the shower was terrific. Breakfast at the restaurant in the 12th floor was delicious as well. "
