The room was clean and well stocked. It was nice hearing a water feature / stream right outside and having a space to sit out on the porch. It’s right next to an Italian restaurant. 5 min drive into Sedona. I didn’t use the other an amenities like the pool or laundry but it’s great to have those as an option. Seemed like a good family type place. A few things, the TVs are VERY small, no big deal if movie nights are not on the agenda. The bed is quite high and too firm/springy. My preference is a softer memory foam mattress, so really no hotel Mattress is ever good enough for me. Overall I liked this place and would return.

Staff was great, room was not the best housekeeping. Bring slippers or booties. On site restaurant was delicious but expensive. Needed a lot of minor upgrades, you can tell the place has some years on it but overall acceptable (except for the floors)

Property was very well maintained and we really enjoyed the 4 night stay. The free use of the laundry facility was a welcomed amenity. We were not impressed with the sales pressure.

The individual units were very nice. The bedroom is pretty small and hard to maneuver around the bed. This is a resort so be prepared to be offered discounts on activities if you agree to go to a two hour presentation where of course they are hopeful you will buy into Sapphire Resorts. We went to the presentation so we could get a substantial discount on a jeep tour but we held firm and did not buy in. We did not have time to use all the amenities like the pool and adults only Lagoon, but they looked quite nice. The check in process was not good at all. The people doing the checkin were not friendly or helpful. We were told we could check in by 4:00. It was 4:35 when we got our keys, with no apologies at all. Check out was similar. No thank you for staying with us, hope you enjoyed your stay, just took our keys and that was it.

Very comfortable place to stay. Pool & hot tub were open late. We had two cabbins that were connected by a wooden deck. One had a kitchen with a microwave that had a convection oven feature. We cooked pizza for dinner and made bacon and eggs for breakfast. They had a coffee pot and coffee in both cabbins (not keurig). The kitchen has blender, toaster knives, sissors, bowles fry pans, pots and utencels. They had extra blankets and pillows and they brought us extra promptly upon request. Would definitely stay again. Overall great location and experience. Lovers knoll is 5 minutes away and we were able to see a beautiful Sedona sinrise.

Check in person was rude. We asked to check in early at 2:30 p.m. (check in time is 4 p.m.). She said she'd call me before 4 p.m. to let me know the room was ready. My husband and i sat in the parking lot and Never got a call. I called at 4:03 p.m. and was told the room was not ready yet! I called BS and she put me on hold for 5 minutes and came back and said our room was ready. Room was small and dated. Bed was small (queen for 2 people 5' 10" and 6' 2"). Bedroom faced east and got very warm by noon with incoming sun. (No shades for arch windows). Plenty of kitchen accessories, closet space and drawers. Bathroom was spacious enough. Coffee pot took 25 minutes to make 1/3 pot. Need Keurig! Amenities were nice ... pool, hot tub, putt putt. The on-site restaurant, Bella Vita Ristorante, was EXCELLENT!!. Great food, service, ambiance and prices!! Best thing about our stay.

This room was amazing. They are all individual cabins. The restaurant was ok but expensive for the quality of food. Upon check in, they are pushy about getting you to buy the events from them.

This was our second time staying here and we loved it just as much as the first time. Your own little home with a full kitchen fully stocked, a comfortable bed with a lovely big tub and a nice deck to sit and enjoy the wonderful views of the surrounding red rocks. The jacuzzi was amazing. Just outside of Sedona so it was quiet and serene with beautiful hiking trails close by. This is our favorite place to stay and will continue to do so.

Everything was perfect. Great pool and hot tub, lovely pine trees and rock fountains/pools throughout; comfortable and well appointed rooms and kitchen. All amenities provided. Peaceful and quiet away from center of Sedona. Will stay again.

Wonderful property. “Cabins” are cozy and comfortable. We stayed in 1BD with our son and we had plenty of room. Full fridge, stove top, microwave and coffee pot (not keurig - yay). Activities were all operational and not crowded. We didn’t eat at the restaurant
