「Although we were unable to secure an accessibke room for my Mother, the staff were wonderful in accommodating us and were helpful and friendly. Great location, close to the beach an attractions. On street parking was a challenge but only because there are fireworks on Wednesdays during the summer.」

「The only little complaint we had was the checking in process. We were told we’d get an email telling us how to check in which we never got. Also there seemed to be a difference between the info on hotels dot com and the places own website. But other than that, the room was lovely, well equipped, clean, comfortable. The bathroom was amazing and spotless. Would definitely recommend 」

「For us it was the friendly approachable staff and the good atmosphere. We liked the breakfast and the room very much, everything was easy and felt relaxed. The staff were exceptionally kind to our son, who is five, and we’re happy to chat with him each day. We appreciated that kindness - thank you.」

「A lovely little find, perfectly located for a trip on The Broads, or sitting watching the boats and wildlife. Great sized rooms. Excellent choice of breakfast freshly cooked. Enjoyed a couple of evening meals on site. Staff go above a beyond and are icing on the cake at this lovely old hotel. 」
