We enjoyed a lovely one night staff a Decoy Barn. We were given tea and cake on arrival and a lovely breakfast the next morning. It was a very comfortable bed which was much needed after a long journey. Many thanks.

John and Suzanne were excellent hosts, providing unexpected extras of tea cake and even a fridge magnet, they provided directions to the local pub, (the bell inn which serves excellent food in lovely surroundings) the room was clean and the breakfast was fantastic, will definitely be back with little one as they also have a family room.

What a delight The Decoy Barn Guest House is. We stayed over night, and it was lovely, with a beautiful garden. The room was clean and comfortable with a patio area outside where you had your own seating to admire the amazing garden. The hosts were very friendly and couldn't do enough for you, we will be back

Superb B & B in Broadland

We spent 3 enjoyable nights at Decoy Barn. The room was very clean, decorated to a high standard, warm and comfortable. The breakfast was really good, John and Suzanne are excellent hosts and we have no hesitation in recommending Decoy Barn to family & friends.
