「The staff were very friendly and helpful. The lodge we stayed in was spotlessly clean and had everything we wanted, including an excellent range of kitchen utensils. The onsite facilities were perfect, and we really enjoyed using the pool, sauna and jacuzzi. The food in the bar was high quality, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Overall, a perfect weekend! 」

「Third time booking this hotel. Always lovely, clean, warm (radiators are always on before you arrive so the room is lovely and warm to get easy in). A lovely lady from concierge called me today to confirm my booking and ensure we had the details for the contactless check-in (access codes for the front door and key box) as we were due to arrive after she had left. Super friendly and welcoming. Room is lovely and clean, large comfy bed, clean bathroom and shower and even a space for cooking...

「A wonderfully quirky cottage, but with everything you need: a well-equipped kitchen; some of the comfiest beds I've slept in; big sofas for lounging on and a landlord who's quick to reply to questions. Ideal for a family - bedrooms are adjoining. Thoroughly recommended. 」

「Lots of gangs of kids hanging around, and not a safe feeling area. Property lacked basic things that you’d expect in a hotel. No one on site to contact to rectify things. Not a good place to stay. 」
