"Property was old, but well-maintained. Lovely onsen. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was professional"

"We had a wonderful stay at Oyado Kiyomizuya this fall! This ryoken offers an authentic onsen experience in the beautiful Noboribetsu onsen town. The staff were lovely and truly made this such a special place to stay. While other hotels may offer more modern facilities, Oyado Kiyomizuya provided a unique, authentic experience, from a peaceful private onsen, to spacious tatami mat rooms, to delicious kaiseki dinner and breakfast and more. Thank you Oyado Kiyomizuya! We will definitely be back...

"If you want the kaiseki dinner at the hotel, make your request in advance. We stayed two nights and at check in when we requested the dinner, there was no availability. 😔."
