Spent one beautiful night at this property. The service was impeccable and the room absolutely beautiful. By far the best airport hotel I have ever stayed in and that number is high. BRAVO!!

We enjoyed the stay very much. The room is smartly designed. The bedding is comfortable. The view of the harbor is an added bonus. The breakfast has incredible selection of food from Japanese to western.

If you ever visit Chitose consider the Dormy Inn as your stay.
The friendly staff was very accommodating.
The breakfast buffet was excellent and the Onsen was great to end a rainy day.

Spent 2 nights here on a side quest from Tokyo before heading back to the US.
Location was great. Maybe 5 min walk from the station. Easy check in, friendly and helpful staff.
Room was considerably smaller than our room in Shibuya, but it was 1/5 the price. Clean and in good shape. Only big downside was lack of pillows and a very hard mattress. Could not figure out the AC - never seemed to blow cold even after deciding the instructions. Thankfully it's 0° in mid March, and they have a nice...

Beautiful hotel in a beautiful area. Attached to JR Hakodate station. Surrounded by great places to eat. Lucky Pierrot is about a 15 minute walk from the hotel along the ocean. Will definitely stay here again.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. They were available at the front desk or via phone. The room was very clean and sanitary with fresh sheets and towels. The in-room washer and dryer combo was very very useful! And the air purifier helped keep the space clean after nights out in restaurants or smokey rooms.
They had so many helpful instructions in multiple languages both printed and available through the television. They even had a very tasty and nutritious breakfast buffet! Note...

The room was very spacious. Our room had a living space area with sofa and coffee table. The kitchenette had a microwave, kettle, induction stove, and fridge. Tableware, pots/pans, utensils and dish soap + sponge were included. The bathroom also had a washer. We liked that the sink, toilet, and bathing area were all separated.

We did two non consecutive nights (Sunday and the following Friday) at the Kieo Plaza Hotel as a means for getting to/from the airport (CTS), while on a ski trip. We were skiing (and staying) at Niseko village for the week. The Kieo Plaza Hotel worked out perfectly. We took the city bus from/to CTS, and combined that with a Hokkaido resort bus to get to/from Niseko. Both busses stopped at the hotel and resorts, so we didn't have to slough our luggage through the snow. Also, the Kieo Plaza...

Very convenient with a stop right in front for the bus from the airport. The bus stop back to the airport is nearby, too. It's easy to get to the snow festival from the hotel and the breakfast was excellent.

Budget friendly in a great location. small rooms, like most of Japan but very comfortable and nice little amenities. Friendly service, I’d stay here again
