"The room was not super clean, and I had paid all of it via Expedia the only thing I had to pay was fees upon arrival they ended up upgrading my room to higher floor for a fee made no sense. they stole my nephews (babies) floaters and clothes from a bag we left by the pool nobody turned it in.
