"The hotel has everything you need, great staff and amazing location to explore Matsumoto!"

"Excellent breakfast (must reserve in advance). Hotel was clean and conveniently located."

"Traditional hotel well placed for local sights."

"Basic hotel with all you need. We only stayed one night. Breakfast was good and staff helpful and friendly"

"Great location. Very close to the train and bus station and 10 minutes to historical and shopping. Staff was very friendly and efficient. Breakfast was good too"

"The staff was really nice and helpful"

"It was a very down to earth place with everything you could ask for for a good nights rest. "

"Nice stay "

"I stayed at this hotel for the Norikura HC event. The hotel prepared a very early breakfast for the visitors. It was very nice. But there was one thing that was disappointing. It was parking problem. When I checked-in, it was already full, so staff let me know 2nd/3rd parkings. But map was so complicated, that's why I tired to look for them. If the problem is releafed, I'd like to stay (at 2025 Norikura HC?) again."

"Quiet and very clean. Great location just minutes from station. 9th floor onsen was an unexpected pleasure with the outdoor pool and a very hot sauna."

"A wonderful dinner was included in our stay. The chef came out to explain each dish. There is an outdoor bathtub that is amazing."

"Easy to park. Wife would give it 4 stars. 6 yr old would give 5 stars for the rock climbing wall. No lift for 2nd floor rooms and would have life more space to open suitcases but overall nice place to stay."

"Clean room, attentive staff. Complimentary breakfast was buffet style with Western and Japanese options."

"Wonderful food and onsen. Spacious room."

"Highly recommended"

"It’s good for staying a person."
