"This property is the best property ever stayed on in Maui. Kahana. Falls is gorgeous clean beautiful I highly recommend it for families. I highly recommend it for couples. I highly recommend it for seniors. I highly recommend it. You will love it has all the accommodations. Great location great people please go. You will absolutely love it. The kitchen was immaculate. Had everything that you could need for cooking that ice the bathrooms were spacious and clean. Everything was perfect. Thank you so much. I will be back 100 stars of Greatness. Keep up the good work."

"Not a bad view, but no direct access to ocean. Has a cliff with rocks. Beach access is further away to the right. Room had ants coming in n out of back sliding door and also small tiny bugs/lice. Which are probably harmless but kinda gross cuz they were even inside the microwave and were resistant to the microwave when on. Overall a good place to stay with two pools and not a bad view, even though we were here during three hurricanes being around, but we were not affected other than big waves and wind/clouds."

"No need to jump in a car to swim and snorkel; do it right here! Must swim out a bit for best snorkeling. Pool area has everything - basins to rinse feet off after beach, shower for after snorkeling. Times Market down the street for groceries. Condos have lots of fans. One of the 2 bedrooms in 400 does not have AC so leave door open. Both units have washer driers. Plenty of beach towels. Beach chairs, some snorkel gear, kiddie toys. 403’s 3rd BR has 2 twins, not a king, but could be pushed together."

"Very clean and spacious room. We asked for an ocean view and got not only a room with an amazing view of the ocean, but also a penthouse suite. The room had an incredible view of the beach from the living room, kitchen, master bedroom, not to forget the main balcony. The second balcony had a nice view of the mountains. The property was clean, quiet, and very accommodating. We really enjoyed our stay."

"Room is directly overlooking Napili Bay. End unit, easy access, second floor. Just steps from the beach. The room is well appointed, the Murphy bed allows for full room use during the day."
