"Please see my e-mail sent to Epic Realty on 10/22/2023 discussing how uncomfortable I was, that staff complained because the door closed from a wind burst and my friends and neighbors assisted helping with my 6 digit codes that they changed continuously. Asking assistance from staff has never been this tremulous. They were upset I called to get a new code after all.my possession was in the room. "

"The place was absolutely perfect for my son and I. I’d say it would work for three people or so if need be. Had absolutely everything you could possibly need. We didn’t cook there, but we easily could have. The furnishings were very tasteful and comfortable. Awesome hot shower and shower shower shower head. "Our host was fabulous with great and timely communication. We had everything we needed at the condo. Our third floor lanai afforded us the opportunity to see whales, dolphins and turtles everyday. "

"Run of the mill one bedroom condo. The kitchen was well equipped except for seating; the only seating was uncomfortable high chairs at the counter. Bedroom was Ok. The view from the lanai was nothing but foliage- meh. We were disappointed to learn that there was no swimming pool. and no beach; yes, the property fronts on the ocean, but there is no beach, just rocks. "
