"Loved this property from beginning to end. So clean and spacious. Personnel was super friendly and helpful. We had one issue with a drain and it was fixed w/in the hour. You are near everything...beach, restaurants and Whalers shopping center. Loved the pool area as well. Lots of chairs and lots of tables if you want to eat near the pool while looking over at the ocean. I have stayed 6x at different resorts on Kaanapali and this is in my top 2. We were sad to leave, great experience. "

I watched dolphins swim by from my couch but… My couch was infested with tiny ants and the HVAC in the living room was so loud, I learned to spend time only in the bedroom or outside. The place was safe, quiet, friendly. The other guests were friendly and well mannered. The location was great. Off the beaten path but convenient to amazing snorkeling and easy access to food. My place was dated and not well cleaned. Dried rice grains on the couch, a hair on the pillow,...

"To be very in depth, the resort was great, the staff were always great and upbeat They do like to itemize every single little thing, which is a common thing with resorts these days, but kind of wish someone would just throw those “fees” up front. Feel like it’s a little silly you could use lawn chairs freely around the resort but 20ft away at the beach area you can’t touch the 200 they have stacked without payment. Maui brewing company was subpar service but had little to do with the resort...

"The only thing I did not care for were the added on fees. It was $25 per day for use of the coffeemaker and other such things plus $10.05 per day for parking. The other add ons were taxes which amounted to about $50 per day. All of this should be included in the advertised price."
