「Location and pool area are fantastic but the food at the pool bar is awful. The hotel needs updating too. The elevator and hallways smell old and musty. Our washing machine didn’t clean the clothes at all and the oven literally took 30mins to preheat. We had an ocean view but it was not direct and for what we paid for the room, I felt ocean view was false advertisement. You can’t see it from the living room. Bartenders and staff were fantastic though.」

「Everything was great about this trip, but mostly our ocean front view and the location near Whalers Village. It was fantastic. The listing was accurate and everything was great in the place. My only complaint was the lack of service at the resort -- new Covid times means there is no service at the room. I asked someone to come and remove my trash and was told I had to take it out myself. And our room didn't get cleaned -- but that's not the fault of Vacation Candy or the owner, that's a Marriott...

「Great location with a lot of amenities. Pools were great with direct access to the beach. Overall we had a great time and Amir was very responsive to our questions. The beach chairs and cooler provided were great. A little dissappointed that there were no boogie boards so you may want to confirm they have it if you are booking based on that. Also, while Amir was able to help us find the needed supplies, you should be be aware, which we were not, that you may need to bring your own toiletries as...

「The condo was great for our family to vacation in for 10 days. The pull-out couch and pack-n-play were great for the kids. Everything was clean and well cared for. We had an amazing view of the ocean and even saw some whales from the balcony. The resort was beautiful and clean. So many things to do right on site. The staff at the resort were all welcoming and helpful. The owners of the condo/their staff reached out several times and we had great communication. I would definitely book with these...

「The condo itself was perfect. Nice balcony, partial view of the ocean, and excellent view of the lagoon / courtyard with palm trees, etc. excellent master bath, washer / dryer, full kitchen, close to elevators and the main resort lobby (but very quiet), etc. The resort was pretty good. Three pools to choose from and two are large and have water slides (though neither very good). Several large hot tubs. If I was being nit pickey I think the pools could be a little better maintained and I wish...
