Ideal spot for vacation with toddler

We had a wonderful time with this unit being our home base for our 10-day Maui trip. The resort made relaxing easy as everything was easily accessible and enjoyable. The property manager was communicative and responsive. It was an added bonus to get to watch the sunrise over the mountains in the mornings. We would definitely stay here again!

Easy, clean, great location

The condo was updated, clean and a noticeably super comfortable bed! Check-in/out was simple and the host was very quick to answer any questions you may have. Appreciated the stocked closet of beach gear and the nice Tommy Bahama chairs (best beach chairs IMO). Would definitely stay again!

Lovely and Beautiful Stay

We had a great and relaxing stay at Konea 830. Everything from checking in and out was so easy - no stress whatsoever. Amir and Maryam were awesome hosts. Monty was awesome too - I really appreciate him checking in on us periodically. I would come back again and choose our stay with them. Thank you so much and Mahalo!

Amazing vacation spot

This was such an amazing place to stay. Monty was great! They had all the amenities we needed for our 2 year old son. He enjoyed every part of this vacation including the sand toys that were supplied. We were hesitant on keeping him entertained but the supplies and equipment they supplied was perfect. Our family comes every 2 years to visit and we will definitely be rebooking our next stay here! Thank you guys!!

Perfection!

The property was as advertised- clean, stylish, well supplied, great location. We had all the dishes and cooking supplies needed to prepare a holiday meal for our family, who stayed in several condos. We made great use of the beach chairs and umbrellas, as well. This unit has a beautiful view of the hills, with a roomy lanai including a large dining table. Communication w/the hosts was flawless and efficient... all great things to say! We would 1000% stay here again. What a fun resort and lovely condo!

Great Location, clean and convenient gear for kids

The condo was easy to access and was clean, which was very important with an infant crawling around. The stroller was so convenient to have. The kitchen was well stocked. We had a drainage issue in the bathtub and the problem was resolved within an hour of contacting the host. The space was a little small and lacked storage for food, but fit our family of four (two adults, a toddler and an infant) just fine. Would recommend for families with small children.

Wonderful Space for a Couple or Small Family

This unit was perfect for our family. Nice kitchen with all of the pots & pans that you'd need. AC works great and the lanai/patio is wonderful! Even though this is not an ocean view unit (you can still see the ocean from one part of the lanai) it is a great view especially at night time with the Hawaiian music and food truck park lights nearby. The owner even has some board games and books to pass the time if you happen to be on Maui during a rare bad weather day. Parking is underground, but only about 50 steps away from the elevator that brings you right to your room. Room is located super close to the elevator and the sound proofing is very good, so you don't hear neighbors or hallways traffic. We will most definitely stay again!

Beautiful, safe, convenient resort in Kaanapali

We came to Maui over Christmas with the entire family and we all stayed in separate condos within the Honua Kai resort. It’s a beautiful and well maintained property with various pools fit for kids and adults of all ages. It was also nice to have Duke’s restaurant on property for a quick bite or drinks by the pool. This particular tower of the resort also had a general store which was so convenient! This unit was clean and well maintained. It also had plenty of items for cooking, for kids, and for taking to the beach. The property management company contacted us immediately on arrival and was very responsive to our needs. We only contacted them once when the shower was slow to drain, and they sent someone over immediately to fix it. That was so nice. Would stay here again! Maui is pure paradise.

Good stay

Suite was clean and ready. Property manager was responsive with issues. Beds were comfy, tv and wifi worked great. Selection of board games was nice add as well. Beach chairs and boogie boards included were in good shape. Lanai had great morning sun and shade in the evening. Should note, only 6 place settings so we had to wash cutlery every day, sometimes multiple times. We did have a few a problems, AC quit working, property manager had someone out to look at it within hours. Code didn’t work in all the towel machines. Small roaches were seen in and around suite and property. Normal for Hawaii but still not welcomed. Also, only one bar of soap, would suggest owner leaves sink and shower soap bars. Few small adds from owner would make this a 5 star in line with other suites we have booked.
