"Had an issue with the fridge. Wasn’t cold upon arrival. They fixed it same day. Check in and out was different. There’s a box with a red phone and they’ll give a lock combo to access your keys. But overall the place was good. Especially for the price we paid. "

"We had a terrific experience with the resort despite horrible weather. It is in a perfect location, and is just a short walk to numerous restaurants and a long walking path along the beach. We loved our ocean view room, but there is not a bad view on the property! The kitchen had ample counter space and all the amenities we needed, AC worked great, and any small issue we had with a fan or soap was quickly resolved. We would love to stay here again in the future. "

"Beautiful beach condo in a fantastic location! Super clean with everything you need and a super short walk to the south end of Napili Bay beach. We were lucky to get this place last minute apparently after a cancelation and so glad we did. Would definitely come back here! "

"I hesitate saying too many good things as I'm afraid this place will be impossible to book in the future if I do. But I cannot lie. We had an excellent stay in Autumn and Todd's condo at Napili Shores. What a fantastic, beautiful, close-to-the-water oasis. The property grounds are lush and well kept, and Autumn and Todd's condo was very clean, tastefully decorated, and included all of the essential amenities and more to make the stay easy. Autumn and Todd were also very responsive hosts and were able to offer great suggestions of things to do, and places to eat. They were also very responsive in helping us navigate through a minor power-outage issue that resulted from the mega-storm that was happening at the beginning of our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Napili Shores and would certainly come back again! "

"Everything was great! Clean. At the beach every day. Close to areas where we wanted to visit. We may book a 1 bedroom instead of a studio next time if we stay more than 4 nights"

"Everything about this property was nice and some cases better than expected. The only negative is that on the day we were leaving, at 8:30 in the morning, well before the 11 AM checkout time, while my husband was half dressed in the bathroom and I was half dressed in the kitchen, new guests entered our room with their pass key. They have been given access to the room without the front deck changing the digital card key and without being told check in time is at 4 PM. what a shock to have strangers walking into our room while we’re still there! That’s bad management. The key should’ve been changed. Also the guest should’ve been notified room won’t be ready until four. When we did check out and I told the front desk about this, they said oh I’m sorry. I’ll tell the management."

"We were at the property for the biggest storm in 95 years and they did such a good job of keeping things safe for us and getting the hot tub and pool up and running as soon as possible when the storm settled down. We had a great time. Room was very clean, it was quiet, and we had a beautiful view of the ocean. Would definitely stay here again. "
