Property was clean and pool area was a great place to cool down on the warm days. -1 star due to the lack of airconditioning and curtains for the glass doors. Nights were uncomfortable due to the heat, even with ceiling fans in every room and the two extra box fans on. "We love Maui Sands. This unit is truly 11ft from the ocean, walk out on the main floor. Easy ocean access and a fun reef to explore and Bob in the Pacific. This was our second time at Maui Sands and stayed in a different unit that was updated and more fresh. This unit is dated and the bathroom is not easy for those with mobility issues.
