"Our room was very spacious, but basic. No frills at all. The heated pool was lovely, but after swimming peacefully for about 15 minutes my husband joined me and so did a staff member. She sat on a chair and did a speaker phone call with family (including an excited, screaming child) and ruined the whole peaceful o space. "We arrived in the area of the property but through no fault of the owner we didn’t follow check in instructions correctly so we weren’t able to pin-point exactly where we were heading - definitely make sure you read the check in instructions so you aren’t walking around in Hanoi heat and humidity. Once we checked in we found a very well maintained property with everything required to enjoy our stay. The property itself was well maintained and in a building that was located in a very convenient area. It was good to be so close to a local shopping centre with a supermarket and other food places. "
