「bed is small. expect for that, it is very good.」

「I specifically booked the expensive suite because having a bathtub was very important to me. The reservation confirmation even clearly stated “(BATH TUB).” However, when I checked into the room, there was only a shower. I asked if I could be moved to another room with a bathtub, but I was told that no such rooms were available.

「The staff was very nice and accommodating i will start w that. I did have to switch rooms bc the smell of the first room was unbearable. Unfortunately, the second was no better. The hotel is extremely old, our bathroom shower hardware was broken, the rug was filthy as was the furniture. It was a very difficult night and if i had a vehicle i would’ve left. I booked this hotel only for the close proximity to reliant stadium. I will never do that again and i do not recommend this hotel.」

「Good」

「Our stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. However, the main issue was that the room was not properly cleaned. We noticed a few cockroaches and some used soap, which made it clear that the room had not been thoroughly cleaned before our arrival. Another downside was that during our entire 3-night stay, housekeeping never came to clean the room. Other than these issues, our experience was quite pleasant, and we were able to get some good rest.」

「wounderful.」
