オーシャン ドライブ ビーチ ホテル

「Pool and beach are awesome!」

「The room was super clean … so was the parking garage. The restaurant on site was very affordable and delicious. Our view was fantastic!! The only thing that went wrong was housekeeping was supposed to do a thorough clean on the 4th day and all they did was ask if we wanted towels … no coffee or anything else. I would highly recommend Island Vista.」

「It’s not a new building but everything was excellent. Breakfast was great!」

「You’ve heard the old saying you can’t judge a book by its cover and buy that I mean pictures online look fabulous but this place is just barely above a dump. Our room was absolutely horrible not clean at all. Stains on the walls holes in doors. Missing paint chips curtain back cut in half we contacted management never got a response. We literally lived out of a suitcase for fear of picking up unwanted guest, I will have to say Expedia tried to make things right to an extent. We are by no means...

「The building was nice and we have stayed there often but the particular room」

「The front desk staff esp Laura were super helpful and eager to help! Dick and Jason are excellent with Valet service!」

「Cleanliness was not a housekeeping issue, it was a deeper level than what just basic housekeeping is about. That was fine. But things maintenance would do like moldy / moldy looking bathtub caulking, toilet paper roll holder almost falling off, dirty looking walls and baseboards. Again, if this was a Super 8 or that level hotel it would be fine. But the standard of a Hampton I was surprised. BUT, the morning staff- especially the breakfast staff were extremely wonderful and helpful and friendly....

「Nothing special. Older but well maintained」

「We had a great experience and stay with the Hilton team and will definitely come back」
