"Checked in, was not shown how to get to room, last room of the 3 buildings, construction cranes outside the windows. Elderly mother couldn't walk around there, roaches in room, no cold water, shower falling apart, nothing like the photos or the room I reserved. Remotes did not work. Was told to go ..."
