「It was a very nice hotel. Me and my husband enjoyed a lot. We literally spend all day there just to relax. We didn’t drive so we did order food from other restaurants and was delivered at the hotel and it was convenient. The receptionist both Stephanie and Natalie were nice. The only thing I wish the pool was heated. But everything else was perfect. They can arrange driver fro you too if you ask. Rene was a really great driver. I highly recommended him.」

「I absolutely loved this place! I split my trip into staying at two different places because I was concerned about not having AC and the humidity. You got some dining and shopping options close by but we preferred heading to Tulum town on most nights - more authentic with excellent food at much lower prices. Los alrededores son tranquilos teniendo en cuenta que el hotel esta en la zona hotelera de Tulum, lo cual significa que en menos de cinco minutos te encuentras en plena zona de restaurantes, bares y clubs. 「Room was clean, staff was friendly, great location. They had a really good massage special right on the beach that we both enjoyed. Loved the free sun beds too! My only complaint would be that there is not being a door on the bathroom if you book the standard room on the jungle side - little privacy if you’re not traveling solo! 「My stay at Shibari was amazing. It was hard to leave this place as it was such a unique and truly magical spot. The included breakfast is top notch and the service was amazing. The only negative thing about it is on the weekends you can get some noise from the nearby clubs until 2am. This doesn’t bother me as I often wear ear plugs when I sleep. And any hotel near the club zone has this same problem so it’s just a downside to staying within walking distance of that zone. I would definitely stay...
