We were warmly greeted by the bell man who removed the zip ties on our luggage and took it to our room. The 24 hour cafe is nice. The entire staff was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay here very much.

Stayed on the second floor, was a bit noisy upstairs. Apartment itself a bit run down. Overall clean and good for the price. Did feel safe and security at door at all times.

The hotel itself is absolutely breathtaking and you will not get a better view of the zocalo. We had a large room and bathroom with a bathtub. Air conditioning worked well. Comfortable beds. Large towels. All the amenities you would expect for a 5-star hotel. The staff was amazing, especially our porter, Emmanuel. He went above and beyond to help us with our luggage and explain the history of the hotel. He even walked us a block away to help us meet our Uber. We were treated very well by the Gran Hotel and would highly recommend to all! 10/10
