"The hotel is located in a perfect part of downtown Dallas. There are several restaurants, nightlife, green areas to spend time at. The city views were spectacular, the only negative was the bathroom and the room was too dark and dim, we kept the shades open to let the light in. Excellent stay and I love how the hotel provides a list of nearby restaurants and the walking distance. "

I was then given a room that had a connected where the door wouldn't fully shut; the staff was accommodating once I went downstairs but the inconvenience was not pleasant. As a Honors member, I expect to have the room I pick especially when I arrive 4 hrs after check in time so 7pm to my reservation "
