「Room was clean, bed comfortable, staff friendly and breakfast offered. Great value! 」

「I booked a non smoking room. They had me sign paperwork that I would not smoke in my room then placed me in a smoking room. When I spoke to them about it, he told me it was a non smoking room and I stated that someone had smoked in it and I needed another room. He had an attitude and acted like I was the problem. The breakfast was horrible. It consisted of bread, jelly, butter, 1 yogurt and 1 honey bun.」

「What a bad experience. The place was a dump and the staff was like something out of a bad movie. We had a change in plans that forced us to find a hotel last minute during a busy big city weekend. Unfortunately this was the only option. Everything from foul smells, stained and dirty sheets, and a staff that seemed like they may be being trafficked. After one night we moved hotels and of course were refused a refund for the second night. Do yourself a favor and sleep in your car or even...

「The hotel cancelled my reservation as a No-Show even after I sent a message saying that I needed a late check-in due to flight delays. I had to book another room on the spot, but conveniently they didn't have the same rate as before, so I had to pay a higher rate. Poor customer service.」

「Was in town for a sporting event. Great location and room was a good size and clean. Check in was an interesting experience. Very little interaction, very transactional and now clear guidelines given on how to find our room, and no information was provided regarding the breakfast facilities/times etc was given. Personally I find having an airpod in during a customer interaction a little unprofessional but I could just be old fashioned and used to the customer service of more recognized chains....

「I booked this hotel specifically for the water slide and the hot tub for my elderly parents bad backs. The water slide worked for about 15 minutes then it broke. The hot tub was down my whole stay. I bought 2 rooms and in both rooms the shower didn't get hot. The vending machine didnt work properly. The only great thing I found at my stay was the nice man that made the breakfast he was friendly, understanding and made me feel comfortable. Overall I'm disappointed with my stay 」
