"We were in town to referee a pickleball tournament. We do not cook or spend much time in the unit. It was great for what we needed. I would be carefull if i was a family. This unit had 5 window air conditions and not central air. they worked well but were noisey. There is no living room type area just 3 bedrooms and a kitchen. For us that was all we needed. The host was great and the check in and out was 5 stars"

"Great hospitality best we have ever had. Gave us privacy but checked on us and was available when we needed them. Great place to bring pets and our family. House was immaculate and well maintained. Yard and neighborhood was exceptionally nice. We will definitely be staying here again when we return to visit Kansas City, Missouri. It was 5/5 star stay for a great vacation. "

"The house was not overly clean all around. Lots of DIY projects in and around the house. The basement was unusable, including all the entertainment we thought we would have when booking the house. It seems they had a recent flooding down there. It smelled not good so we didn't stay down there more than a couple minutes. The pool was good and enjoyable. Overall the pricing was high for what we got."

"The property had what we needed. A lot of thrown together cookware and dishes but it worked. I needed to clean a few things before using but not a big deal. Biggest issue: The property was really hot when we showed up and I needed to turn on all the window units. And a strong odor started coming from the basement our last couple of days. All in all, beds were cleaned with plenty of towels and things left behind from others that we could use if needed. Keeping the house cool is a challenge...

"It was a veey clean property. We liked how the place is fixed up. The one issue we had was you could hear everything going on upstairs. We are go to bed early people and the other renters upstairs were not. They were just doing normal things but it could be heard clearly as if you were almost in the same room. Other than that it was great. The location was ideal fot the game at Arrowhead. I would definitely book again but go for the upstairs unit. "
