「Excellent provision of bed ware, towels etc. for 6 adults and 4 children. Plenty of room for grandchildren's hide and seek. One games machine not working. Great location close to Redwoods and Luge.Excellent communication to and from Emma. One thing always bugs me about properties - a ragbag assortment of coat hangers! But that's the only niggle! 」

「We had a great time. The accommodation was very clean, equipped and we had everything we needed. Being on a property was lovely with nearby animals and beautiful grounds. The host was easy to access and very helpful. We loved the recommendations of places to go. 」

「We were disappointed to find the pool room was under maintenance so we could not use it, looking at other reviews seems like this has been the case for some time so not sure why it’s still advertised with it. Also advertised 7 rooms however we only had access to 6, all other doors and assuming 7th room was locked, so again not what we paid for. Place was quite dusty and smelt humid, did not seem as clean close up as it seems in photos. Overall we were quite disappointed. Hoping this review...

「The property, although warm and dry, could do with a thorough deep clean. Everything looked tired. There were knick knacks decorating the lounge and ugly stuffed toys. Considering we are charged a cleaning fee it was very disappointing. The bedding appeared clean although no top sheets on the bunks. Two face clothes for our entire family of four was ridiculous and 1 teatowel for the enire weekend. Was insufficient. After paying over 900 for the 2 day stay we wrre left underwelmed. 「We needed a house on this side of Rotorua for a mixed group of 3 adults and 3 teenagers. This mix of beds was perfect for us, saves sharing with a teenager!!!!Was very quiet with a fantastic outlook 」

「Nice sized rooms and good facilities and utensils, however the place was a bit shoddy and looks far better in the photos than real life. Standards of cleaning were also not what I would expect. Imagine the house would be very cold in winter. Views were lovely. Walk to town in about 20/30 minutes. 」

「We stay here for a week. The house is modern and very comfortable. The spa was clean, turned on and ready to get into. The kitchen was well equipped, excellent showers. The host, Dharmen, communicated well via email and is very nice man. Everything we needed was there.Visited some geothermals, Gondola, shopping and the 4x4 self drive buggy at Adventure Playground. We would definitely this house.」
