"Thank you for having us in Room 412. We had a wonderful stay and really appreciated the hospitality. Overall, everything was excellent. The only issue we noticed was that the snack tray was not being cleaned properly, as there was visible dust inside. We also thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast buffet. As a suggestion, it would be great to include other hot protein options such as chicken or lamb. Since we don't eat bacon, our only protein option was eggs. Offering a few more choices would make the breakfast even more enjoyable for guests with different dietary preferences. Thank you again for a lovely stay. We look forward to visiting again soon."
